Add Fonts, Colors, Captions, and Logos to Letter Mazes

Make your puzzles stand out with custom fonts, brand colors, captions, and watermarks — all within Puzzle Maker Pro – Letter Mazes.


Required Modules


Preparation

Before you begin:

  • Install your preferred fonts on your Windows system
  • Prepare your logo or watermark (recommended: PNG with transparent background)
  • Decide on caption text (e.g., “Vowel Maze” or the word used in the path)
  • Choose your output size and format (e.g., 1600×1600 PNG)

Step-by-Step: Customize Your Maze Appearance

1. Open the Letter Mazes module

Launch Puzzle Maker Pro and select Letter Mazes from the dropdown.

2. Choose your font

In the Style tab:

  • Click the Font Preview Panel
  • Select any font installed on your computer 💡 Tip: Use bold sans-serif fonts for young readers or large print
  • You’ll see a preview of all the letters for that font
  • You can change the font color as well

Optional: Preview a few fonts using Next Preview until you’re happy.

3. Add a caption (below or above the maze)

  • Enable and set the Branding Options
  • Enter your desired text:
    • Use one of the presets for the Title or Description, or
    • Or Custom text
  • The font, size, and position for your caption are set in the Branding settings

4. Add a logo or watermark

  • Find the Branding or Logo section on the Output Settings tab
  • Upload your image (PNG recommended)
  • Choose placement:
    • Bottom-right corner for watermarks
    • Top-center for branded headers
  • Adjust size and alignment as needed

5. Choose colors

  • Set Path Color (used in the maze solution)
  • Set Start and Finish Colors
  • You can set the colors for the letters in the Style – Font options

6. Set image size and resolution

Go to the Output Settings tab:

  • Choose an image size, like 1600 x 1600 px for Instagram, or 3000 x 3000 px for high-res printables
  • Export as PNG, JPG, or Transparent PNG (great for overlays)

7. Preview and export

Click Next Preview until you’re happy with the layout, then click Create to save your customized puzzle.


Outcome

You’ve created a fully styled letter maze with your own font, color scheme, caption, and logo — ready for publishing, branding, or digital download.
