Price Information
The purchase price shown on the website is in USD. When you add products to the shopping cart, the price in your local currency will be calculated, and VAT/GST added if applicable (depending on your country). For downloadable products, it is mandatory to charge VAT/GST based on your location.
- Local currency prices are adjusted daily, based on a base dollar price and official currency exchange rates
- You can use your VAT id on checkout (depending on your location).

Payment Provider
We use FastSpring as our payment processor, and in fact they act as Merchant of Record. Officially your purchase is with them, they handle VAT/GST, currency exchange, and they offer you multiple, sometimes local, payment methods.
Immediate Access
All purchases will be available to you immediately! If you don’t receive the email to access the software within a few minutes, there’s probably a glitch in the automatic synchronisation – in that case please get in touch with our helpdesk.
The shop system is not integrated with the member website – If you use a different email address for your purchase, please get in touch with us, to move the products to your existing account.
License Information for Puzzle Maker and Puzzle Maker Pro
Starting February 1st, 2024, there will be three different license options:
- Personal / Low Content Books – For personal use, homeschooling,Print on Demand books on Amazon and Printables (e.g. Etsy).
You can also use the puzzles on social media.
Your customers cannot resell the puzzles or puzzle books.
(This will be the default license for each product) - Reseller / PLR – If you intend to resell the puzzles and puzzle books, on Fiverr, as PLR on your own website, or any other way ,the Reseller / PLR license applies. This includes adding the puzzles and puzzle books to paid or free membership sites, where you act as the reseller.
Your customers can and will be selling the puzzles or puzzle books to their customers.
(This is an additional purchase for each puzzle type) - Syndication / Other – If you intend to sell puzzles to large newspapers, websites, and other media / outlets, on a puzzle by puzzle (or subscription) basis, the Syndication / Other license applies.

In all cases You are responsible for checking copyrights and trademarks for fonts and any of the images or words and word list items you use to create graphics or puzzles.
All products purchased between 1 December 2019 and 31 January 2024 include the Reseller / PLR license. You can see the purchase date on your order confirmation email. When in doubt, just send me an email.
License Information for Graphics Software
The licenses for POD Graphics Maker, POD Pattern Maker and Tiling Tool remain unchanged (no changes on February 1st, 2024). These products have a single license option: Commercial License.
- Commercial License: You can use the generated graphics for your own (POD) products, sell them with any license you want (MRR / PLR), use or sell them as coloring images, etc.
You are responsible for verifying copyrights and trademarks for images or words that you use to create the graphics. BookPublisherTools cannot be held accountable.
Single Payment
All products have a one-time single payment. Currently there are no recurring subscription products, so what you see is what you get for the price you pay now.
No Refunds
For Puzzle Maker Pro and PLR products there are No Refunds. There’s a free demo version for you to check if it works on your computer, and to verify that it does what you need it to do. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchase.
For other products, we do offer refunds, but please request a temporary test license if you’re not sure about the product – refunds do cost us money. After requesting a refund, we initiate the refund process with FastSpring or Avangate (our payment providers). Please be aware that it may take a couple of days, especially with credit card payments, since the payment has to be settled first, before it can be refunded.
Updates and New Versions
All products include future updates, including bug-fixing, new generic features (for example, the Puzzle Maker Pro framework is updated continually) and sometimes new product-specific features (such as additional color options). However, new modules for Puzzle Maker Pro, Ultimate Planner Maker or POD Graphics Maker, are separate products, and will be additional purchases.
Compatibility
All our software is optimized for MS Windows, it requires MS Windows (earliest version MS Windows 7 because of system components we use)
All our stand-alone software will work on a Mac, when you use Parallels, Virtualbox or another system to emulate Windows. Please use the free demo version of Puzzle Maker Pro to test if it works for you. (Or request a test license of other software you are interested in)
