Short themed maze printable packs showing distinct maze looks, no software UI, no marketplace logos

Maze Printable Pages for Etsy

Etsy sells a maze pack as a file. A dozen pages on one theme, answer keys in the ZIP, printed at home this afternoon. KDP sells the same mazes as a long interior judged on its Look Inside. Same generator, two different products. This page is the maze shelf for the Etsy side.

The printable contract — short themed pack, stated page count, a page one that reads in a thumbnail, keys in the file, an honest license line — is already written in Selling Puzzle Printables on Etsy. This page does not rewrite it. It picks the maze looks that survive it.

A pack is not a book

The channel difference is real, not cosmetic. An Etsy maze pack is small and themed: one look, one difficulty band, puzzles plus keys, and the thumbnail does the selling. A KDP maze book is a hundred-page interior with a trim size, and the Look Inside sells it. The buyer, the price, and the first thing they see are all different.

That means two mistakes to avoid. Do not dump a 100-page interior into a “printable” listing — it has no theme, book pricing it can no longer bear, and a copyright page where the thumbnail should be. And do not pad a 12-page pack to book length and send it to Amazon. The book side of this family lives on the KDP maze books hub. If you are still deciding which shop gets which product, the TPT vs Etsy vs KDP split is that article.

The maze shelf: five looks

Etsy’s maze shelf is thick with square hallways. The way out is a maze type whose page one genuinely looks different at thumbnail size. Five live Puzzle Maker Pro modules give you that. Each look is its own listing, not a new cover on the same pack.

Geometric — hex, triangle, circle cells

Geometric Mazes 2D is the default maze that is not a square hallway. Hex cells, triangles, or concentric rings, one start-to-finish route. A themed pack in one cell shape reads as itself even in a small crop.

Hand-drawn — ribbon tangle, no grid

Hand-drawn Mazes is looping ribbon corridors that cross over and under. No cell lattice at all. In a thumbnail it looks like a children’s activity tangle, not a ruled grid — which is exactly what a kids pack wants page one to be.

Line — a river, not a hallway

Line Mazes draws the maze as dark channels on a water fill. It looks like a river map. That is a strong first photo precisely because nobody scans it as “another maze grid.”

Bubble — round cells

Bubble Mazes is packed circles or a nested circle-fractal. Round cells, not necessarily a round page. A bubble pack photographs soft and playful, which sells a preschool or bath-time theme a square grid never will.

Pipe — fittings and fake detours

Pipe Mazes is a sparse pipe network: straight or curved fittings, optional meander, dead-end stubs. Industrial or playground. Not a cell grid and not a ribbon tangle, so it holds its own listing.

If the angular stained-glass look fits your shop, Shard Mazes is a related listing: full-length cuts, straight-edged panels, one route through the gaps.

One look per pack

One look, one theme, one difficulty band per listing. A fall hand-drawn pack, a winter hand-drawn pack, and an ocean bubble pack are three honest listings. Forty mazes of every style in one ZIP is the grab-bag nobody searched for. The second pack in any look is cheap: swap the theme, regenerate, re-cut the file. What you never do is relist the same pack under a new cover.

Every maze pairs with its drawn solution, so the keys page count is the puzzle page count — state both in the description. Commercial rights to sell the finished mazes as printables are part of the Puzzle Maker Pro license, as stated on the homepage; that covers you and the software, not Etsy’s own digital-item rules. Some maze modules can also export live playable versions for your own website, but that is a separate product and does not belong in the pack.

The whole point

A maze printable on Etsy is a short themed pack in one look, with keys in the file and a page one that survives a thumbnail. Five looks — geometric, hand-drawn, line, bubble, pipe — are five shelves, not one. Pick the look the listing is selling, and leave the hundred-page interior on Amazon where it belongs.
