This tutorial shows how to operate Time Saver: adding rows, editing puzzle setups, managing batches, and generating output efficiently.


Required Modules

  • Puzzle Maker Pro – Any module Productivity Edition or Time Saver Add-On


Preparation

  • Have at least one working puzzle setup or preset

Step-by-Step

1. Open the Time Saver Tab

  • Navigate to the Time Saver tab
  • You will see the rows grid

2. Add Rows

  • Click Add Row for a default setup with 1 or more rows
  • Or click Add Rows (Presets) to quickly create 1 or more rows from existing presets

3. Set Quantities

  • Adjust the Quantity column for each row
  • This defines how many puzzles each row generates

4. Edit a Row

  • Click the Summary cell
  • The full module settings dialog opens
  • Adjust settings and save

5. Understand the Modified Flag

  • If a row is edited, it will show as Modified
  • This helps track changes from presets

6. Manage Rows

  • Reorder rows as needed
  • Remove or duplicate rows depending on workflow

7. Save and Load Presets

  • Click Save Preset (floppy disk icon) to reuse your batch setup
  • Click Load Preset to restore saved configurations

8. Enable Time Saver

  • Go to the main window
  • Check Use Time Saver

9. Generate Output

  • Click Create (TS)
  • Each row will generate its own puzzle set

  • Reuse setups with presets
