Generic website page with an embedded 3x3 Ikura addition board of nine circles and row and column totals, no software UI

Online Playable Ikura for Website

An online Ikura is a 3×3 addition board a visitor solves in the browser, on a site you already own. Nine circles, the digits 1 to 9 once each, six printed totals. Every published board has one solution; you do not guess. It is a current Puzzle Maker Pro output, not a future app: Productivity Interactive exports HTML plus a ZIP for the BookPublisherTools WordPress plugin.

This page is the why — a playable math extra on your domain. It is not a shop launch and not a generate walkthrough. How the puzzle works is How Ikura Puzzles Work. How to generate is How to Create Ikura Puzzles. Upload steps already live in Publish a Puzzle Catalog.

What the playable board is for

Website owners are not buying another paperback. They want a short logic board a visitor can finish without leaving the page.

Typical jobs:

  • A free sample next to a print math title (“play one, then get the book”).
  • A lead-gen or membership extra on a site you already run.
  • A practice path that is not a printed packet.

The board is always 3×3. Difficulty is how many digits are already given, not a bigger grid. Five givens is a warm-up. Two or fewer is a proper sit. Put a short easy set on the public page. Keep the hard boards for the people who already opted in.

The page around it is yours: nav, email capture, whatever you put beside the catalog. Interactive editions are the per-module license. On Ikura that is Productivity Interactive: Puzzle Slides and online play. There is no interactive PDF for this module.

Do not send readers to an Ikura shop URL. The module is shipped; the store path is not the job of this page.

What the embed has to be

It has to be obviously Ikura in the first five seconds: circles, totals on the rows and columns, leftover digits to place. If you need a rules lesson, that is the play guide, not this article.

It has to live on your site. The plugin publishes a catalog as its own page or in a post. One catalog plays per page.

It has to end in a way that works for you. A short free set can be a sales path, but only if you turn on a leveled game under Catalog Merge → Game Options. That is what adds the completion panel and your end button. A default catalog is a menu: the visitor picks a board and goes back to the list. Do not count on a finish-screen CTA unless you opted into Game Options. Progress is local to that browser. Nothing comes back as a class dashboard. Do not sell it as an LMS.

It has to match the print promise when you also sell a book or a worksheet. Same givens band, same look. A TPT Ikura file is a classroom page; this is the site extra. Do not upload the book PDF and call it playable.

What this is not

This is not a replacement for print. Most math-puzzle money is still books and worksheets. The embed is the second product: proof, sample, habit.

This is not a tutorial for the desktop app or the plugin. The create page and the catalog tutorial already exist.

This is not a shop page. Mosaic and Block Fill shop paths are also unreleased; do not treat those as live SKUs here either.

This is not PuzzleWire. PuzzleWire is a future play-only SaaS and is not in current bundles.

When it is worth a page

You already have a site and you want a newest-module math board people can play on your domain. Put a short Ikura set on a page you control and keep the long file for KDP, Etsy, or TPT. Same puzzles. Two products. That is the playable Ikura.

Commercial rights for puzzles on your own site are part of the Puzzle Maker Pro license as stated on the homepage.
