Ease of Use

The easiest way:

Use a list that has enough words and characters to fill the grid,

Paste it in the Word List area, and

Click “Next Preview”

For a 10×10 grid you’d need exactly 100 letters, but if you use words with a total of e.g. 150 letters, the software will pick the right words to exactly fill the grid.

A bit less easy:

Use the Random Fills on the Advanced tab to fill up the grid when the combined words don’t exactly have 100 letters.

The best way:

Either go with the first option: Use many words and let the software select them randomly, or count the letters of the words you want to use and make sure there are exactly enough letters to fill the grid.
