Etsy is a file. The buyer wants a short themed pack they can print this afternoon, not a 120-page KDP dump with a new filename.
A Jigsaw Sudoku page is an N×N fill-in whose boxes are irregular regions. Each row, column, and region holds 1 through N once. In a thumbnail that is the whole difference from another number printable: thick region borders, not a stack of 3×3 squares, and not a picture you cut apart.

Pack size is the product
A pack that sells as a printable is short and themed: a 6×6 warm-up set, a colored-region pack, or a sparse 9×9 adult set. One theme per ZIP. A leftover dump of every grid you ever generated is a book wearing the wrong listing.
Each page is a pair: the jigsaw grid plus a key that shows the filled digits on the same region map. Put the keys in the ZIP and say so. Buyers of printables expect them. Hiding them looks unfinished.
Match the cover. If you promised a kids warm-up, page one is a 6×6 with more givens. If you promised adult logic, page one is a 9×9 with a sparse given set. The usual printed look is a 180-degree-symmetric region map. Color in the regions when you need the shapes to read at Etsy thumbnail size. Do not put a sparse 9×9 under a toddler thumbnail.
Every published board has one solution. That is a listing fact, not a decorate-the-page trick.

What the preview has to show
The first photo is a real jigsaw page: irregular region borders, a few givens, empty cells. A classic 3×3-box sudoku in the thumbnail has already lost. A photo of cardboard puzzle pieces has also lost.
Page one matches the title. If you promised a colored 6×6 pack, page one is that board. Type and the region lines survive home paper.
