Etsy is a file. The buyer wants a short themed pack they can print this afternoon, not a 120-page KDP dump with a new filename.
An Ikura page is nine circles, the digits 1 to 9 once each, six printed totals. In a thumbnail that is the whole difference from another number printable: a small 3×3 math board, not a 9×9 sudoku. Pack size is the product
A pack that sells as a printable is short and themed: a warm-up set, kids math, or adult logic. One theme per ZIP. A leftover dump of every board you ever generated is a book wearing the wrong listing.
Each page is a pair: the board plus a key that shows the nine digits filled in. Put the keys in the ZIP and say so. Buyers of printables expect them. Hiding them looks unfinished.
Match the cover. If you promised a kids warm-up, page one is Easy — five given digits, totals that stay small (no printed total exceeds 24). If you promised adult logic, page one is sparse. The board never grows. Difficulty is how many digits are already given. Do not put a two-given Hard under a toddler thumbnail.
Every published board has one solution. That is a listing fact, not a decorate-the-page trick.

What the preview has to show
The first photo is a real Ikura board: circles, a few givens, totals on the rows and columns. A 9×9 sudoku in the thumbnail has already lost.
Page one matches the title. If you promised a warm-up pack, page one is that warm-up. Type and line weight survive home paper. The leftover-digit rail is optional; switching it off changes the look, not the puzzle.
