⚡ Using Time Saver for Batch Bridges Puzzle Creation
🔍 Overview
The Time Saver feature in Puzzle Maker Pro – Bridges Creator Edition lets you create multiple puzzles in one go, each with its own settings or style.
Instead of generating one puzzle at a time, you can fill a table with different configurations — or even randomize them — and create a complete puzzle book in minutes.
Perfect for publishers, educators, and designers who want variety, speed, and consistency in puzzle output.
🧩 Required Module
- Puzzle Maker Pro – Bridges Creator Edition
Includes the Time Saver tab for batch creation, advanced presets, interactive outputs, and commercial rights.
🧰 Preparation
Before you start:
- Open Puzzle Maker Pro and select Bridges from the puzzle type dropdown.
- Configure a few Presets in the main module (e.g., “Easy,” “Medium,” “Hard,” or “Sketch Style”).
- Open the Time Saver tab — you’ll see a table where each row represents one puzzle to be generated.

🪜 Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 – Add Rows to the Time Saver Table
- Click Add Row to create new puzzle entries. These will be based on the current puzzle settings for Bridges (“Default”)
- Click Add Row (Select Presets) to select presets from a list and create rows right away
- Each row defines one puzzle that will be generated when you click Create (TS).
- Add as many rows as you want — for example:
- 10 rows = 10 puzzles
- 50 rows = full puzzle book
💡 Tip: Start with 5–10 rows to test your layout and output folder setup.

Step 2 – Edit Presets for Each Row
- In the Preset column, click the ▼ down arrow to open your list of saved presets.
- Select a different preset for each row to vary difficulty, style, or layout.
- You can mix hand-drawn, classic, and styled puzzles in one batch — perfect for themed puzzle books.
🧠 Example setup:
| Row | Preset | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Easy | 10×10, low density, 1 bridge |
| 2 | Medium | 15×15, medium density, 2 bridges |
| 3 | Hard (Sketch) | 20×20, 3 bridges, pencil look |
| 4 | Expert | 20×20, 30%, 4 bridges |
Step 3 – Reorder, Copy, or Shuffle Rows
- Move Up / Down: Change the order of puzzles to control book sequence.
- Copy Row: Duplicate a puzzle setup quickly to create small variations.
- Shuffle: Randomize the row order for more variety in your final puzzle set.
💡 Pro Tip: Use Shuffle to mix different styles automatically before creating your final puzzle book.

Step 4 – Check Output Settings
- Go to Output Settings to confirm:
- Output format (PNG, PDF, PowerPoint, or HTML)
- Destination folder
- File naming pattern (each row creates a unique file)
- You can safely use the same folder for your batch — each puzzle gets its own file name.
Step 5 – Generate Your Batch
- Tick Use Time Saver in the main window.
- Click Create (TS) to start the batch process.
- Watch as Puzzle Maker Pro automatically generates every puzzle in your table with its matching style and settings.
💡 Bonus Tip: If you’re creating a puzzle book, select “Full Page PDF” output for ready-to-print pages.
