My strong believe is that when you publish books, or any kind of books, it’s best to focus on a niche (or, multiple niches).
Sudoku could be a niche, and advanced sudokus for experienced sodoku-ers could be a subniche.
For most other puzzle types, the niches have nothing to do with the puzzle type:
- Dog puzzle book (puzzles with the theme “dog”)
- Rothweiler puppy puzzle book (a long-tail keyword subniche)
- Whiskey lovers puzzle book
- Activity book for 8 year olds
- etc
If you haven’t seen this yet, Marina did a great job putting all of her prompts of the past couple of months together in an ebook. This is a create hands-on example of how to find and explore niches and book/post ideas. To get traffic (and customers) for a niche like that, it’s best to set up social media profiles and/or have a website.
That may seem to be a lot of work, but it’s one of the areas where AI can help you:
- Generate ideas for your social media posts
- Generate a monthly posting calender
- Generate video scripts

Create your niche website with the help of AI
Recently a course was released to help you create a niche-based website using AI (ChatGPT), which is called “AI Affiliate Suite”. Don’t let the name distract you: First of all, you can use this approach for your own POD products, and second, you can use your Amazon affiliate links to promote your own books on a website like that.
